- HUNTSVILLE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION Public notice is hereby given that the Huntsville Town Planning Commission will hold a Regular Commission Meeting, Thursday, April 23, 2020, 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held electronically on Zoom. The public will have access to this meeting by Zoom link which will be published on the website at www.huntsvilletown.com the day of the meeting. Public comments are currently being received for this meeting at clerk@huntsvilletown.com. Please include the date of this meeting in the subject line of your email. All comments will be read during the meeting. DATE: APRIL 23, 2020 PLACE: Electronic Zoom Meeting, see huntsvilletown.com for public access TIME: 7:00 P.M. The items to be discussed are as follows: 1) Roll call. 2) Approval of Minutes for Planning Commission Meeting February 27, 2020. 3) Discussion on outside permit requests for home repairs and upgrades. 4) Discussion on new Building Permit Process. 5) Discussion and/or action on Ordinance 2020-4-23: Update of 15.31.5 Penalties. 6) Discussion and/or action on changes to 15.8.10.A.2 to include a public meeting for courtesy notification in the Specific Overlay Zone process. 7) Discussion and/or action on revision of the General Plan. 8) Discussion and/or action on 15.6.2.A & L regarding Accessory Buildings. 9) Land Use Coordinator Update: Rex Harris. 10) Chairman's Report. 11) Public Comment. 12) Motion to adjourn.
