- NOTICE & AGENDA Notice is hereby given that East Carbon City will hold a Council Meeting TUESDAY, April 21, 2020 electronically VIA CONFERENCE CALL in the council chambers, 101 West Geneva Drive, East Carbon, Utah. Meeting to begin promptly at 6:10 P.M. The meeting will be held electronically via telephone conference call to permit one or more of the council members to participate.
