- Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee Notice & Agenda The regularly scheduled meeting of the Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee will be held at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, 21 April 2020, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N State St. The meeting agenda is as follows: 1. Meeting call to order 2. Roll call 3. Approve minutes of meeting held 17 March 2020 4. Petitions & Communications: a. Arie VanVliet, concerning adding hook-up to septic tank at 95 S State St b. Kelly Warnick, concerning construction of auxiliary building at 75 West 100 South c. Michael Dyches, concerning construction of auxiliary building at 200 East 100 North 5. Business: none 6. Adjourn **If you have business or questions that need to be addressed by the Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee please contact Velva Lee Sherman at 436-9345.
