NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE PUBLIC OF TRENTON THE TRENTON TOWN COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that the Trenton Town Council will hold its regular meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2020, This meeting will be held remotely. If you wish to attend, email trentontown@hotmail.com before 12:00 noon on Wednesday, April 22th. To receive instructions on how to attend the Town Council Meeting via ZOOM Webinar. THERE IS NO PUBLIC MEETING AT THE TOWN HALL AGENDA 1. Meeting called to order Mayor Lynn Payne 3. Approval of Agenda 4. Approval of Minutes March 4, 2020 1. Resolution regarding Electronic meetings 2. Town float 3. Ordinance 20-04-01- an ordinance annexing specific property to Trenton, Utah 4. Consideration of the installation of a private irrigation pipeline on the Trenton Town road right of way on 800 South- Dave Ezola 5. Parks & Cemetery update 6. Water update 7. Roads update 8. Planning & Zoning update Councilmembers may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Council. No action can be taken on these issues. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.
