- PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a regular meeting electronically via telephone conference call in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 5:30 PM on 04/022/2020. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. AGENDA 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3. ROLL CALL 4. SAFETY SECONDS - Mayor Kourianos 5. PUBLIC COMMENT CONSENT AGENDA 6. MINUTES a. April 8, 2020 City Council Meeting 7. EMPLOYEE ASSISTANE PROVIDER AGREEMENT - Consideration and possible approval of agreement between ComPsych and Price City for the provision of EAP benefits services beginning July 1, 2020. 8. PROJECT 4C-2020 CLASS C ROAD IMPROVEMENTS - Consideration and possible approval of Class C Road Improvement Contracts for Crack Seal Schedule A: Year 2020 for $59,000 & Crack Seal Schedule A: Year 2021 for $59,000 to Bonneville Asphalt; and Paint Striping Schedule A: Year 2020 for $31,067.50 & Paint Striping Schedule A: Year 2021 for $31,067.50 to Straight Stripe. Funding source = Class C Roads (budgeted) 9. PROJECT 5C-2020 HYDRAULIC VERTICAL PIVOT GATE: Consideration and possible approval of the purchase of a Hydraulic Vertical Pivot Gate for the City's Water Treatment Plant. No qualified bids were received by the specified deadline of April 15, 2020. Staff seeks approval to proceed with the selection of a qualified contractor to complete the project within specifications and within the approved budget. 10. LANTIS PRODUCTIONS - Consideration and possible approval of a fireworks contract for International Days. 11. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
