South Jordan City Phone: 801-446-4357 CITY OF SOUTH JORDAN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that South Jordan City is amending its Citizen Participation Plan, 2019-2020 Annual Action Plan, and 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan for the use of Community Development Funds. The Amended 2019-2020 Annual Action Plan and the Amended Citizen Participation Plan will be available for public review and comment from April 20, 2020 through May 21, 2020 on the Citys website (https://www.sjc.utah.gov/finance/CDBG). Printed copies are available by request. The City will provide reasonable accommodations, including necessary interpretation. Persons with disabilities or interpretation needs should contact the City Manager staff at 801-254-3742, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing during the regular City Council meeting which begins at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at South Jordan City Council Chambers (1600 W Towne Center Drive South Jordan UT 84095), or if public gatherings are restricted the meeting may be held electronically, via phone and video conferencing. The method in which the hearing will be conducted will be posted on the May 5, 2020 City Council agenda which will be published by the end of the day April 30, 2020. Written comments will be accepted up to 3:00 p.m. on May 5, 2020 by email to Katie Olson at kolson@sjc.utah.gov.
