SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. a second virtual public hearing will be held by the Salt Lake City Council to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance relating to Petition No. PLNPCM2019-00638. A proposed ordinance is before the Council to amend the zoning map pertaining to three parcels of property located at 347, 353, and 359 North 700 West address to rezone the parcels from Special Development Pattern Residential (SR-1) to Moderate Density Multi-Family Residential (RMF-35). The request is in anticipation of a multi-family project being constructed at the site. Consideration may be given to rezoning the property to another zoning district with similar characteristics. The Council may consider adopting the ordinance on the same night of the second public hearing. This will be an electronic meeting pursuant to Salt Lake City Emergency Proclamation.
