Due to meeting restrictions because of COVID-19 precautions, if you want to make public comments on any items, there are two options:
1. Email comments to teresa.harris@loganutah.org, who will distribute them to the Mayor and Councilmembers. Although you may send email questions and comments during the public hearing portion of the meeting, to guarantee they will be distributed to the Council before the meeting, submit by Monday, April 20 at 5:00 p.m.
2. Join the meeting via ZOOM Webinar ID: 975 8713 6977. A host will monitor the online meeting. When we get to the agenda item where you wish to comment, use the Raise your Hand feature to indicate you want to speak, and the host/or Chair will recognize you in turn. As always, comments are limited to three minutes per person.

A. PUBLIC HEARING - Consideration of a proposed resolution adopting Pretreatment Rates

B. PUBLIC HEARING - Budget Adjustment FY 2019-2020 appropriating: $25,000 a grant the Public
Works Department was awarded from the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT). This is a study for
the pedestrian tunnel connection under Main Street near the Logan River; $10,000 grant funds toward the
purchase of police equipment; $3,650 additional funding the City will receive from Cigna. The funds will
be used to continue promoting wellness among City employees with activities, nutrition, exercise trackers,
and other wellness programs - Resolution 20-12
C. PUBLIC HEARING - Consideration of a proposed rezone. Dan Larsen-Kartchner Land Management,
Jed Merrill, authorized agent/owner, request a rezone of 8.11 acres from Commercial (COM) to Mixed
Use (MU) located at 1105 West 2200 South: TIN 03-006-0009 (Woodruff Neighborhood)
