Notice of Public Hearing The Tremonton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on May 12, 2020, 102 South Tremont Street, 5:30 p.m., or thereafter at which time public comment will be heard and consideration given to an amended Moderate Income Housing Plan and a proposed zone change of property from Commercial Highway (CH) to Residential Multi-Family (RM-16), property is located at 1720 East Main including parcel 05-075-0038. Comments may be submitted prior to the public hearing at Tremonton City hall, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah during normal business hours.
