- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Farr West City will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at the City Hall. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to discuss and/or act upon the intent of the legislative body to re-zone the M&S Holding property located at approximately 2100 North 2700 West, land serial numbers 19-039-0146 and 19-039-0128, from the A-1 Zone to the R-1-15 Zone All interested residents are invited to attend.
