Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct public hearings, via electronic or telephonic means, on April 28, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearings are for: Airpark Zone Code Amendment: To remove Chapter 17.45 Airpark Zone from code Plat Amendment Code Amendment: Changes for minor amendments to recorded plats Chapter 16.55 Plat Amendments Sign Code Amendment: An amendment to clarify digital signs to Chapter 17.80 Sign Regulations and Sign Permits. Code Amendment: Including but not limited to amendments to Chapter 17.35 Commercial Zones (adding a Commercial Regional Zone); adding Chapter 17.36 Office Professional Zone. Those interested in the proposed code amendments are encouraged to provide public comment through one of the following means: voicemail message at 801-789-6611, or through email to recorder@emcity.org. Comments received will be added to the public record at the public hearings.
