Building ******************************************** MINUTES: Approval of February and March Meeting Minutes VISITOR: Neal Cook will be here to introduce himself to us. CLEAN-UP DAY INVOICING: We have four additional invoices for dumpsters (in excess of our normal dumpsters) from Jay Mecham's Garbage for our Clean-up Day to address. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: 1. Free Lollipop Internet Site Hookup Proposal 2. Deadline for Public Notice on Second Hearing for CDBG is 5/31 3. Discussion regarding dead car and abandoned property issues NEW BUSINESS: 1. Set date for Open Meeting Trainings 2. March Monthly Expenditures 3. Discuss getting ready for 2021 Budget 4. Town State of Emergency will discontinue 4/23 unless ratified for additional 30 days 5. Email regarding Animal Abuse in our Community BUDGET REPORT & FINANCIAL STATEMENT: March Quarterly DEPARTMENTS: 1. EMS/CERT: Nothing 2. Water: Nothing 3. Road: Insurance for volunteers to run Town equipment (need to be certified to handle machine working on; has to be done for Town work; and the person needs to be recognized by the Mayor or Town Council as a volunteer) 4. P & Z: Nothing 5. Admin: We will be addressing Section 10 of the Municipal Code in May 6. Park: Nothing 7. Library: Nothing *OPEN FLOOR: 1. Citizen Items: 2.
