- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on the 16th of March, 2020 At the Hanksville Community Center; meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Pledge of Allegiance Prayer Roll Call Approval of Minutes from prior meeting Report of officers Council Member Mona Wells Cemetery Council Member Chylene Whipple Buildings and Economic Development Council Member Jeff Pei Water and Sewer Mayor Kim E. Wilson Roads Maintenance Eric Wells Treasurer Jessica Alvey Clerk Lisa Wells Tabled Business: New Business: Applications for Appointment to fill vacancy in the Hanksville Town Council Utility aid package for the Hanksville customers for April - June, 2020 due to COVID19 Allow space in the community center for the Wayne County Sheriffs Department Business License application for Hanksville Hotel Jake Bahr Public Comment: Optional Executive Session may be held pursuant to UCA 52-4-4 Dated this 14th day of March, 2020 Lisa J.
