Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 the Myton City Council will hold the following public meeting at 6:30 p.m. Due to Emergency Protocols recently enacted by Mayor Cooper and Executive Order 2020(5) Issued by the Lt. Governor, attendance and public comment will be by electronic means only. Join us for the council meeting by calling 18014131658 and enter 0189547#. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll call. 2. Reading & Approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). 3. Public Comment. 4. Discussion and Action on Business License Application for Michael Sloan dba MOOPP Enterprise, LLC. 5. Discussion and Action on Uinta Basin Rail from Mike Stengel and Mike McKee. 6. Discussion and Action on Resolution Declaring an Emergency due to COVID 19; Resolution 04142020 001. 7. Discussion and Action on Law Enforcement within the City of Myton. 8. City Departmental Reports on the last months activities Ronnie Young; Maintenance Alan Allred; Fire Department Membership Application Community Fire Prevention Program 9. Closed Executive Session; 52-4-205(c) and (d)(ii) Strategy Session to discuss pending, reasonably imminent and ongoing litigation, water rights or shares (if needed). 10. Closed Executive Session 52-4-205 (1)(a) Discussion of the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an individual(s). 11. Approval and Signing of Checks. 12. Adjournment.
