This meeting will be conducted entirely via electronic means. Due to the risks of public gatherings associated with the spread of COVID-19, Governor Gary Herbert has waived the anchor location and other requirements for public meetings/noticing, as outlined in Executive Order 2020-01. Those interested should send a chat message, through Zoom, to the meeting host/city recorder. She will read the message to the council. Participation is limited to three minutes. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda.
