ENOCH CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE AND AGENDA
April 14, 2020 at 5:30pm
City Council Chambers
City Offices, 900 E. Midvalley Road
The Utah State Governor Gary R. Herbert made the following order dated March 18th, 2020:
Utah is a proactive state, and a prepared state at this point, these measures are purely preventative. By introducing social distancing in our communities, we are hopeful that we will limit how quickly coronavirus spreads, which will in turn result in fewer positive cases.
The Utah Department of Health, in coordination with the Governors Office and Utah COVID-19 Community Task Force, issued an order to suspend dine-in operations for a period of two weeks the order also prohibits gatherings of more than ten individuals.
To follow the direction given by our Federal and State leaders, and given the social distancing of 6' requirement is not realistic for any meetings held within Enoch City Council Chambers, the City Council meeting shall be held electronically. To comply with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, the public will be allowed to attend Enoch City Council meeting through electronic means and public participation is encouraged for this meeting. The general public may participate via conference call using the following services:
