CITY OF WOODLAND HILLS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will hold a Public Hearing on April 14, 2020. The hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. Due to COVID-19 the hearing will be held electronically. If you would like to participate, please email recorder@woodlandhills-ut.gov before 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 to get more information. The purpose of the hearing is: PUBLIC HEARING TO ALLOW PUBLIC INPUT REGARDING (A) THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF NOT MORE THAN $1,000,000 AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF CLASS C ROAD AND SUBORDINATE SALES AND FRANCHISE TAX REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2020 (THE SERIES 2020 BONDS) AND (B) ANY POTENTIAL ECONOMIC IMPACT THAT THE PROJECT DESCRIBED HEREIN TO BE FINANCED WITH THE PROCEEDS OF THE SERIES 2020 BONDS ISSUED UNDER THE ACT MAY HAVE ON THE PRIVATE SECTOR; AND RELATED MATTERS The City Council will hold a meeting immediately following the Public Hearing.
