RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 23, 2020 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): Ryan Rudd is requesting approval of Rudd Estates, a 3-lot residential subdivision located at approximately 1642 West 13200 South. Richard Naylor is requesting approval of Monte Meadows Amended, a 3-lot residential subdivision located at approximately 1608 West 13400 South. Steve Marx is requesting approval of a Master Site Plan for Riverton Business Park to be located near 12650 South 4150 West. Riverton City is proposing amendments to Chapter 18.150 Sign Regulation Ordinance of the Land Use Code. Riverton City is proposing amendments to Chapter 18.190 Home Occupationsof the Land Use Code. Riverton City is proposing amendments to procedures for administrative approval of certain land use applications. Due to restrictions in place related to COVID-19, this meeting will not be open for public attendance. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. The staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting date. The staff report and the meeting broadcast will be made available through the City website. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3138. All comments submitted up to 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
