- The Boulder Town Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting and a public hearing electronically* beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2020. *In accordance with the Governor's Executive Order suspending enforcement of provisions of Utah Code 52-4-202 and 52-4-207 and related agency orders, rules and regulations due to infectious disease Covid-19 Novel Coronavirus. Old Business: - Approve March minutes New Business: - Public Hearing, followed by action on Boulder Mountain Lodge CUP; - Initial presentation of Jacqui Smalley Arts and Cultural Center CUP application; - Update on Table of Uses and Nellis work groups; - Discussion/action on deed restrictions; - Discussion/action on mapping for Residential Short-Term Rentals; - Discuss upcoming business for May 14; - Final public comments.
