Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Genola will hold an electronic public meeting via Zoom on Wednesday, April 8th, 2020. The Council meeting will commence at 7:00 PM. This will be a public meeting where action will be taken on the agenda items. The meeting Id you will enter is 350 674 272. The agenda for the Council meeting will be as follows: 1. Call to Order Approval of Minutes: March 11th, 2020 2. Expenditures: $ 24,772.54 Anderson Law Center: $ 4,910.00 Bankcard Center: $ 1,424.96 Brians Auto Supply: $ 587.85 Ferrall Gas: $ 646.30 IFA: $ 545.24 John Cowan: $ 1,470.00 Rocky Mountain Power: $ 1,055.13 Santaquin City: $ 9,436.92 Staker & Parson Companies: $ 2,181.47 Strawberry Highline Canal: $ 1,884.67 Summit Creek Irrigation: $ 630.00 Approval of Work Orders with Franson Civil Engineers. # 2020-01 Analysis of Alternate Tank and Well Sites. # 2020-02 work on the projects environmental compliance and reclamation coordination. Police Report Fire Chief Report Planning Commission Report Public Forum: Audience members may bring any item not on the agenda to the Mayor and Councils attention. Comments will be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes at the discretion of the Mayor. State Law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. Items to be Discussed: 1. Discussion and possible action awarding a bid for the Towns surplus water for the 2020 season. 2. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2020-02 Water Department Ordinance Amended. 3. Discussion and possible action on scheduling events for the Town Celebration and Rodeo. 4. Discussion and possible action on the cost of wristbands and the quotes for the blowups, train rides etc. for the Town Celebration activities in the park on Saturday June 20th. 5. Discussion and possible action on required floodplain management measures with FEMA. 6. Discussion on suggestions for the Planning Commission to amend the I-3 Zoning Ordinance and the Subdivision Ordinance requiring roads to be put in.
