Minor Plat Amendment A. Spanish Fork Market Place No. 2. The proposal involves reconfiguring the lot lines within a platted commercial subdivision located on the south west corner of 1000 North Main Street. B. Vincent Ridge Plat C. The proposal involves merging two single-family lots into one single-family lot located at 1957 East 1885 South. C. Vincent Ridge Plat D (Vincent Ridge Plat E). The proposal involves merging two single-family lots into one single-family lot located at 1832 East 1885 South. 2. Final Plat A. Anela Townhomes Plat A. The proposal involves creating 44 lots for multi-family homes located at approximately 1100 East 900 North. B. High Sky Estates Plat A.
