ELECTRONIC MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given the Brigham City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on a petition to change the Zoning District on a parcel of land associated with the Glen Hollow subdivision project. The parcel of land extends from 800 West to the railroad tracks at approximately 600 South. The zone change request is from A-5 (Agricultural) and R-M-7 (Multiple Residential) to all R-M-7 (Multiple Residential). The parcel (Parcel No. 03-115-0015) consists of 10.16 acres and contains two zoning districts with the majority zoned R-M-7. The A-5 portion which is located at the west end of the property adjacent to the railroad track is approximately 0.90 acre. The public hearing will be held Tuesday, April 21, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. as an electronic meeting due to mandated social distancing. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604. Business Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
