COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NORTH LOGAN CITY will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2021. PROJECT - 300 East Waterline Replacement and Water Services (between 2400 North and 2650 North). Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 6:35 P.M. on April 15, 2020 and will be held ONLINE through North Logan's Virtual Meeting site. Further information can be obtained by contacting ALAN LUCE, CITY ADMINISTRATOR at 435-752-1310. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify SCOTT BENNETT at 2076 North 1200 East, North Logan, UT at least three days prior to the hearing. Please Note: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the April 15th City Council meeting will be held virtually.
