Description/Agenda: CITY OF WOODLAND HILLS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on April 8, 2020. The hearing will be held at 7:00 pm at the Woodland Hills City Center, 690 S. Woodland Hills Drive. The purpose of the hearing is: To hear public comment concerning Proposed changes to Chapter 103.05 and 103.09 of the City of Woodland Hills Zoning Ordinance. The proposed change better defines what is considered to be a basement and how to measure the height of a structure. To hear public comment on Proposed changes and the Codification of the City of Woodland Hills City Code, City Ordinances and City Zoning Ordinances. The Planning Commission will hold a meeting immediately following the Public Hearing. For more information regarding the proposed changes, please contact the City Recorder at 801-423-1962.
