NOTICE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING FOR A WALL/FENCE HEIGHT EXTENSION
Notice is hereby given that Michael and Bridgette Higgins have applied for a fence height extension to construct an 8-foot fence along the east side of their property at 2247 E. Tompkins Drive. This application is pursuant to Cottonwood Heights Municipal Code chapter 19.76.050.E(1). This application has been heard once before, in an Administrative Hearing on March 11, 2020. Public comment was accepted at that time, and the item was continued for consideration at a subsequent hearing.
The City' Director of Community and Economic Development will hold another Administrative Hearing beginning at approximately 12:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, on Wednesday, April 15th, 2020.
