TOQUERVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION April 15, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. Pursuant to the Executive Order issued by Governor Gary Herbert on March 18, 2020 regarding Electronic Public Meetings, please be advised that the Toquerville City Planning Commission meeting will be held electronically. The meeting will be broadcast via Zoom. Persons may send comments prior to the meeting to recorder@toquerville.org or they may be allowed to comment during the meeting via Zoom. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD DURING THE REGULAR PLANNNING COMMISSION MEETING APRIL 15, 2020, CONVENING AT 6:30 P.M.: 1. Public input is sought on a livestock conditional use permit for the keeping of one goose located at 1502 S Cholla Drive Toquerville UT 84774. Zoning is R-1-20. Copies of the application may be requested by emailing recorder@toquerville.org or by visiting the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Ruth Evans at the City Office 635-1094, at least 48 hours in advance. This Notice will be sent at least 10 days prior to the meeting to the Spectrum newspaper, posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org, and in five places within the city limits of Toquerville: (1.)
