- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing, via electronic or telephonic means, on April 14, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearings are for: Sign Code Amendment: An amendment to clarify digital signs to Chapter 17.80 Sign Regulations and Sign Permits. Retaining Wall (Utility Easement) Code Amendment: An amendment to Chapter 17.60 Landscaping, Buffering, Fencing, and Transitioning regarding retaining walls and utility easements. Plat Amendment Code Amendment: Changes for minor amendments to recorded plats Chapter 16.55 Plat Amendments Those interested in the proposed code amendments are encouraged to provide public comment through one of the following means: voicemail message at 801-789-6611, or through email to recorder@emcity.org. Comments received will be added to the public record at the public hearings. The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting.
