MAPLETON CITY PLANNING COMMISSIONAGENDA Thursday, April 9, 2020 at 6:00pm 125 West Community Center Way (400 North), Mapleton, Utah 84664 Notice is hereby given that the Mapleton City Planning Commission will hold a Planning Commission Meeting beginning at 6:00pm on Thursday, April 9, 2020, virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. Please check the Mapleton City Website at www.mapleton.org for a link to participate and/or view the meeting. As per Governor Herbert Executive Order 2020-5, there will be no anchor location and a quorum will be present electronically. 6:00 p.m. Call to order: Pledge, Invocation, and Introductions/Announcements. The order of agenda items is subject to change at the discretion of the Planning Commission Chair. Action Items The Planning Commission does not receive public comment on Action Items at the meeting. If you have questions or comments on any Action Item, please call or submit written comments to the Community Development Department prior to the meeting. All written comments will be forwarded to the Planning Commission for its consideration. 1. Planning Commission Meeting Minutes February 13, 2020. 2. Consideration of a request for a Home Occupation Permit to operate a recreational vehicle repair business at 936 North 1800 East in the A-2 Zone. 3. Consideration of a request for Preliminary Plat approval for the Sherman Farms Subdivision, a 2-lot subdivision located at 1806 West 1900 South in the RA-1 Zone. 4. Consideration of a request for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Vacation Rental for David Broadbent located at 1255 South 1500 East. Public Notice 5. Consideration of an amendment to the Mapleton City General Plan updating the Moderate-Income Housing Element to comply with Utah Code.
