NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT The Provo City Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 16, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. Meeting will be held digitally. This meeting will be conducted entirely via electronic means. Due to the risks of public gatherings associated with the spread of COVID-19, Governor Gary Herbert has waived the anchor location and other requirements for public meetings/noticing, as outlined in Executive Order 2020-01. The meeting will be available to the public for live broadcast and on-demand viewing at: https://www.youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17. Decisions of the Board of Adjustment may be appealed to the 4th District Court by filing a written appeal to the Court within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision of the Board of Adjustment per requirements of Section 14.05.050 of the Provo City Code. Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting.
