- PUBLIC NOTICE Hooper City 5580 W. 4600 S. Hooper, UT 84315 The Hooper City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on Thursday, April 9th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the City office for the following: 1. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit_Amended Oversized Structure Zuech, Tony and Natalie at 5067 S. 5300 W. Hooper, UT 84315 2. Public Hearings - Preliminary Approval - Widdison Subdivision - 24 lots; 6000 W. and 4700 S., 16.1 acres. 3. Public Hearing Final Approval RFR Subdivision; 3 lots, 3200 South and 5100 W., 1.5 acres 4. Public Hearing - Final Approval - Amended Penrod Subdivision/Morcott Manor - 1 lot; 5813 W. 5300 S., 0.91 acres 5. Public Hearing Final Approval Quail Cove Subdivision; Nine (9) lots, 3750 South and 5250 West. (5.7 acres) 6. Public Hearings - Preliminary Approval H.L. Parker Farms Subdivision - 8 lots; 5900 S. and 6100 W., 4.7 acres. In accordance with the Utah Executive Order for Electronic Public Meetings, all City meetings may be closed to the public and will be conducted via phone or other electronic means until further notice. Participate in Public Comment via email prior to the meeting. Members of the public wishing to make comments in regard to items on the agenda may do so via email. Email: HooperCity@hotmail.com Comments must be submitted prior to 7PM on the date of City Meeting. In Subject Line add: Public Comment CC Meeting/Date The Agenda Item and First & Last name must be included in the email. Comments submitted for City Business Items will be read prior to a vote on that specific agenda item. Comments submitted for Public Comment will be read prior to the end of the meeting.
