The Agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Citizen Concerns 2a. Dani Jo Thatcher - Girls State 3. Town Employee Report 4. Animal Control Officer Report 5. COVID-19 Accommodations - Resolution 6. City Drainage Followup 7. Beautification Committee Report - Extra Dumpster Cost, budget for advertising supplies 8. Secondary Water Connection Followup 9. Sidewalk Project followup 10. Town Hall/Fire Station Bid 11. Ratify Business License Request - Brian O'Neil - O'Neil-Mutz Inc. 12. Board Member Reports/Concerns 13. Review of Past Due Water Bills - 14. Delena's Items:Approval of Minutes and Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements 15. Executive Session if needed Any other business that may regularly come before the Council.
