Description/Agenda: On February 27, 2020, the Nibley City Council approved the Residential Planned Unit Development Overlay Zone Application and Development Agreement for the Proposed Firefly Estates Development. On March 5, 2020, a referendum application was filed challenging that action and seeking to make the Council's action dependent on a vote of City residents. Over the next few weeks, individuals may be seeking the signatures of City residents to require the Council's action be voted on during an election. You may find additional information regarding the City Council's action in the public information handout.
