- The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to consider Ordinance 20-09: An Update to Nibley City Commercial and Neighborhood Commercial Standards. When: Thursday, April 9, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard. Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley Utah.
