PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Draper Planning Commission will hold a Business Meeting on Monday, March 30, 2020, at 11:00 AM, in the Council Chambers 1020 East Pioneer Road Draper, UT 84020. The Agenda will be as follows: Notice of Quorum a. Discussion Items i. Notice of Quorum Planning Commission will be meeting electronically to test the Zoom Meeting system. No decisions will be made at this meeting. ii. Electronic Planning Commission Test Meeting This meeting will be an electronic meeting pursuant to Draper City Resolution #14-54. The Planning Commission will conduct a mock meeting test run in anticipation of future public meetings and hearings. No items will be heard at this meeting and no decisions will be made. Adjournment Any person adversely affected by a decision of the Planning Commission regarding the transfer, issuance or denial of a conditional use permit may appeal such decision to the City Council by filing written notice of appeal stating the grounds therefore within fourteen (14) days from the date of such final determination.
