- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is Hereby Given that the Tooele City Council will meet in a Work Session, on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. The Meeting will be Held at the Tooele City Hall Council Chambers, located at 90 North Main Street, Tooele, Utah. **NOTICE** We have implemented for all public meetings Governor Herberts and Mayor Winns emergency declarations regarding public gatherings, yet we still want to encourage public participation in our government. Citizens will not be able to attend this meeting at city hall.
