Wednesday, April 1, 2020 Planning Commission Planning Commission Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a meeting in the City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m. on April 1, 2020. Zone Change (Public Hearing) and Preliminary Plat A. Copy of Oakridge Cove Subdivision Phase 2. The proposal involves a Zone Change of approximately 22 acres from R-1-30 to R-1-15 and Preliminary Plat approval. The proposed Preliminary Plat is a completion of the Oakridge Cove Subdivision. The proposed Preliminary Plat would create 40 lots for single-family homes located at approximately 2825 South Spanish Oaks Drive. 2. Adjourn
