- To be published on Saturday, March 28, April 4, and April 11, 2020 in the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND THE LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT CODE OF DRAPER CITY: Notice is hereby given that Draper City is initiating the process to amend Title 9 (Land Used and Development Code of Draper City) of the Draper City Municipal Code (DCMC) pertaining to interconnectivity, access points and road connections of multiple-family projects. It is anticipated DCMC Section 9-32-030 will be amended. Other portions of the DCMC addressing the same issue may also be amended. The Draper City Planning Commission will consider any amendments and will make a recommendation to the Draper City Council, which will make a final decision.
