Final Plat A. Cottages on 4th. The proposal involves creating 10 lots for multi-family homes located at approximately 356 North 400 East. 2. Zone Change and Preliminary Plat A. Oakridge Cove Subdivision Phase 2. The proposal involves a Zone Change of approximately 22 acres from R-1-30 to R-1-15 and Preliminary Plat approval. The proposed Preliminary Plat is a completion of the Oakridge Cove Subdivision. The proposed Preliminary Plat would create 40 lots for single-family homes located at approximately 2825 South Spanish Oaks Drive. 3. Adjourn
