- PUBLIC NOTICE The Oakley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday April 1, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Oakley City Hall, 960 W. Center, Oakley, UT. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss, with possible recommendation a Conditional Use Permit for an accessory dwelling. The Property is located at 425 East Boulderville Road, Oakley, Utah. The applicants are DeWain and Jenny Campbell.
