Public hearing and consideration of James Bullingtons request for approval of the Clutch Warehouse concept, a commercial building to be located on 3-acres at approximately 351 South 1000 East 2.2. Public hearing and recommendation of the Gardner and Boyer Companies request for review of a General Plan Amendment on approximately 30-acres of property changing the land use designation on the Lehi Block property from Industrial to Commercial. 2.3. Public hearing and recommendation of Avante Recovery Centers request for review of a Development Code amendment to Chapter 12 changing the exception for group homes to allow up to 16 residents. 2.4. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi Citys request for review of a Development Code amendment to Chapter 20, adding a home office with mobile services as an allowed use. 3. City Business 4.
