- Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
- Special accommodations for the hearing or visually impaired will be made upon request to the Community and Economic Division, 801-270-2420. The City would appreciate notification two working days prior to the meeting. TDD number is 801-264-2508.

- Board members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a board member does participate via telephonic communication, the board member will be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that the other board members and all other persons present in the council chambers will be able to hear all discussions.

- In support of the Governor's Stay Safe, Stay Home directive as well as the Salt Lake County and Salt Lake County Health Department order to limit spread of COVID-19, the Hearing Officer meeting will be CLOSED to the general public.
