NOTICE OF HEARING
The applicant has requested the public hearing be postponed until a later date. You will receive an updated notice once a new hearing date has been identified.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. a public hearing will be held in Room 315, Council Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State, Salt Lake City, Utah, before the Salt Lake City Council to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance relating to Petition No. PLNPCM2018-01025. A proposed ordinance is before the Council to amend the zoning map pertaining to parcels located at 402 East 900 South Street and 416 East 900 South Street to rezone those parcels from Residential/Business District (RB) and Neighborhood Commercial District (CN) to Community Business District (CB). Currently, these parcels fall within two different zoning districts and the parcel at 416 East Street is split zoned both RB and CN. The applicants would like to rezone to one zone for consistency. No development plans have been submitted at this time. Although the applicant has requested that the property be rezoned to CB, consideration may be given to rezoning the property to another zoning district with similar characteristics. All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard in this matter. The City & County Building is an accessible facility. People with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodation, which may include alternate formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids and services. Please make requests at least two business days in advance. To make a request, please contact the City Council Office at council.comments@slcgov.com, 801-535-7600, or relay service 711. (P 19-18)
