- SYRACUSE CITY Syracuse City Parks Advisory Committee Notice March 18, 2020 6:30 p.m. City Council Conference Room Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S. Notice is hereby given that the Syracuse City Parks Advisory Committee will participate in a committee meeting on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the large conference room of the Municipal Building, 1979 W. 1900 S., Syracuse City, Davis County, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss/review the following items: 1. Opening business a. Meeting Called to Order b. Adoption of October 3, 2019 minutes 2. City Council Assignment a. Elect Chair, Co-Chair and Secretary b. Review City survey and City goals c. Discussion on devising a phasing plan for the Regional Park 3. Adjourn In compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids and services for this meeting should contact the City Offices at 801-825-1477 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted within the Syracuse City limits on this 18rd day of October, 2020 at Syracuse City Hall on the City Hall Notice Board and at http://www.syracuseut.gov/.
