7. Consideration and possible approval of a reimbursement agreement between Sego Capital and Hurricane City for roads impact fee credits associated with the dedication of property for 700 West, a master planned road, in the Ivy Wood Subdivision.
8. Consideration and possible approval of a preliminary plat for the 920 West Subdivision, a 3 lot subdivision located at 920 South 920 West – Kevin DeMille applicant
9. Consideration and possible approval of a final plat for the 920 West Subdivision – Kevin DeMille applicant
10. Consideration and possible approval of a reimbursement agreement between Kevin DeMille and Hurricane City for roads impact fee credits associated with the dedication of property for 900 South, a master planned road, in the 920 West Subdivision.
