NOTICE AND AGENDA CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL MEETING MARCH 18, 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Central Valley Town Council will meet on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows. The order of business may be changed as time permits. 1. Pledge of Allegiance, Opening Remarks, Meeting called to order and roll call. (Mayor Peterson) 2. Approval of minutes of previous meeting. 3. Approval/Signing of Plat. Ray Jones Subdivision. 4. Opening and Awarding of Bids for Water Shares. 5. Approve Contract and Award Bid for Road Project. 6. Appoint Karen Busk as Planning Commission Secretary. 7. Appoint Cody Olsen as Planning Commission member. 8. Town Cleanup. 9. Department Current Concerns. Review Employee project list. 10. Review/Approval of monthly expenditures. 11. Council Members Reports. 12. Adjournment.
