- Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee Notice & Agenda The regularly scheduled meeting of the Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee will be held at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, 17 March 2020, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N State St. The meeting agenda is as follows: 1. Meeting call to order 2. Roll call 3. Approve minutes of meeting held 18 February 2020 4. Petitions & Communications: a. Brandon Parady, concerning access to building to be built on property located in county, just outside town limits at 390 N State St b. Shawn Robison, concerning construction of barn on property located at 95 S State St c. Anna Holden, concerning new business license 5. Business: none 6. Adjourn **If you have business or questions that need to be addressed by the Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee please contact Velva Lee Sherman at 436-9345. In order to be added to the agenda, please call at least one week prior to the meeting held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Thank you.**
