PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 26th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat --Located at approx. 817 W 1100 N (Mud Hole Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Steve Bamgartner for a 2-lot preliminary subdivision plat, called Maag Subdivision Plat A on property located at approximately 817 West 1100 North in the R1-8 (Single Family Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 463 W 3300 N (Manila Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Joshua D. Redding for a 33-lot preliminary subdivision plat, called Creekside at Aspen Grove Plat C on property located at approximately 463 West 3300 North in the R-R(PD) Rural Residential Zone.
