- PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 1, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to accept comments concerning an application for a 3-lot subdivision filed by Kathy Christensen. The property is located east of 700 East Center Street, Richfield, Utah.
