- MEADOW TOWN CORP. ________________________________________ Pursuant to the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, public notice is hereby given that Meadow Town Council will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 7:00 pm at the Meadow Fire Station. The agenda shall be as follows: * Review of Minutes * Accounting Reports * Administrative *Rate Modification Resolution * Water Department * Electric Department * Road Department * Park and Cemetery Departments * Fire Department * Planning and Zoning * Building Permits * Other Business *Review and Approval of Tower Lease *Discussion regarding Enterprise Zone * Closed portion pursuant to Utah Code annotated 54-4-4 & 5 Lynette Bond Clerk NOTICE: Due to the Recent Coronavirus Concerns: Meadow Town Council Meeting will be postponed until further notice. The World Health Guidelines state that Americans should not gather in groups of 10 or more. We are currently working on providing a method to hold call in meetings to reduce the risk of exposure. Further information will be posted as soon as we know more.
