- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct public hearings in the following order; a) The Council shall receive public input and with a recommendation from the Planning Commission, consider the approval of the new City Code 2020-02, Title 11, Subdivision Regulations, Chapter 5, Requirements for improvements reservation and design, section 9b, Utilities, Easements. b) The Council shall receive public input and with a recommendation from the Planning Commission, consider the approval of the resolution 2020-02 of Wellsville City Corporation supporting the establishment of the Bear River National Heritage Area. 9. Trevor Allen -Discuss Eagle Scout project at the Wellsville Dam. 10. Kolby Rowser- Discuss the need for the sewer line for property located at approximately 350 North 200 East. Tax Id. #11086-0005 11. Scott Wells- Discuss Cache County Fire District contract 2020/2021 12. Scott Wells- Discuss Wellsville City approach to Coronavirus including cutting back on City functions going forward. 13. Department reports 14. City Manager/Recorders report
